with a money back guarantee. The terms of our guarantee are as follows:
If you order a stock headpiece and upon receipt are not delighted, you may return it or obtain exchange credit. A 20% re-stocking fee will be deducted. The Headpiece/Veil must be shipped back to us within FIVE DAYS* of receipt (this return date must be before the wear date of the event): (a) in its original packaging (b) in the original condition and (c) unworn and with all tags attached. Please call us for a Return Authorization number that must appear on the outside of the package. WE CANNOT ACCEPT ANY PACKAGES WITHOUT THE RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER CLEARLY DISPLAYED ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE PACKAGE! The refund does not cover shipping cost, rush order charges, or custom alteration fees. Shipping cost and rush order fees are not refundable. Charges resulting from custom alteration to the headpiece/veil decoration or length, will be refunded less a 30% re-stocking fee. Clearance Sale items are subject to a 30% re-stocking fee. Returns of discontinued headpieces and veils are not returnable. Our refund policy covers only headpieces and does not cover any accessories (jewelry, gloves, or millinery supplies). These items are not returnable. |
